With the current economy plummeting, it isn’t easy for anyone to sell their home. Not even, if your Carolina Panther wide receiver Muhsin Muhammad.The 2 time Pro Bowl select (1999,2004) is trying to sell his 8,600 square foot, six-bedroom house in south Charlotte for $1.9 million. To help get the word out, real estate broker Brandy Hayes and her company, Brannic Martin Properties, listed the house on eBay. They are hoping this “new way of thinking about how to sell the property” will be successful.
EBay has helped other pro athletes sell their belongings as retired NFL quarterback Brett Favre, recently sold his Ford F-150 on eBay on March 4, 2009. Muhsin Muhammad will hopefully soon sell his property as well.
